Movement has always been more than just fitness for me, it’s been a way to build confidence, resilience, and clarity.
As a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and amateur Muay Thai fighter, I’ve spent years helping people discover that strength goes far beyond what happens in the gym. I believe movement has the power to shift how we see ourselves, how we approach challenges, and how we show up in our everyday lives.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from all different backgrounds and levels of experience. What I’ve learned is that everyone arrives with their own story, their own fears, and their own definition of what strength means to them. My role is to help them discover what they’re capable of.
That philosophy is what inspired me to start hosting retreats. I wanted to create experiences where people could step outside of their routines, move their bodies in incredible environments, and connect with others who are also looking to grow.
Whether it’s training together at sunrise, hiking through nature, or sharing conversations over dinner after a full day of adventure, the goal is always the same: to leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
